- No content that infringes others' rights or violates law
- We may review, moderate or remove content that violates these Terms

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape data without permission, or engage in fraudulent, harmful or unlawful activity.
5. AI features disclaimer
AI-generated valuations, insights and assistant responses are estimates for informational purposes only and are not professional financial, legal or investment advice. Always verify important information and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
ABAY360 is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or third-party content. To the extent permitted by law, ABAY360 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
